Caramel Apple: One of our most popular sweet breads. We take bits of apple and combine it with caramel pieces and blend it together to make a real treat. So good, you’ll think you’re eating a real caramel apple. Maybe we should serve this on a stick.

Washington Apple Crunch: Of course, we feature our own Washington apples in this fantastic bread. Well actually, we do in all of our apple breads. But in this tribute to our own state, whole wheat egg dough cradles big chunks of apple and is topped off with a brown sugar crunchy topping. Gooey, rich, almost like a dessert. Get out the vanilla ice cream!

Cran-Apple Pecan: Tart dried cranberries are mixed with sweet apple chunks and balanced by rich pecans. Toast this up for a real treat.

Apple Walnut: Luscious taste! This is great with your morning coffee and makes sinfully good French Toast.

Apple Cinnamon Raisin: Cinnamon Raisin bread infused with chunks of chopped apple! Fruity and good! Excellent as toast, grilled cheese sandwiches and French Toast.

Cinna-Raisin Walnut: Plump raisins, molasses, cinnamon and walnut pieces all snuggled in our Honey Whole Wheat dough. Picture this bread being up-close and personal with some peanut butter and jelly. Once together, they’ll be impossible to separate.

Cinnamon Twister: Wow! The gooey stuff in this loaf just oozes out! Here’s one of our little secrets – despite how fantastic it tastes, there’s no fat in it and it’s all rolled into our honey whole wheat bread.

Blueberry Lemon: This bread is our top summer time seller at the farmers markets. Is it too strong to call it a dream bread? Let’s see. It’s not enough that it tastes fantastic plain, as French Toast, or as morning toast. No, it also has to be made from our stone-ground whole wheat flour, have a fresh taste from whole lemons and be packed with the anti-oxidant enriched blueberries that we all are supposed to eat but usually don’t get enough of. Seems like Blueberry Lemon Dream Bread might be a better title!

Ambrosia: Orange puree, lemon puree, pineapple, coconut, almonds – traditional ambrosia salad baked into a loaf topped with a delicious glaze. Are your eyes glazing over just thinking about it?! Nummy as French Toast or just sliced with coffee and a yogurt for breakfast.
