Honey Wheat: Oh honey, this is good! In fact, it’s our most popular bread we bake because it tastes great every day and works so well as toast and sandwiches. This honey-sweetened 100% whole wheat bread has no “things” in to bug the kids! In fact, it’s hard to believe that just five ingredients – our fresh stone-ground whole wheat flour, water, honey, yeast, and sea salt -- can make something so good and good for you. Old-Fashioned White: Okay, yes, this is white bread and it has none of our wonderful stone-ground flour that we’re famous for in it, but it is the best white bread ever! Just ask any kid! We hear our customers say that “it almost tastes like cake,” and we think that’s because we use the same long bread-making process we use to make all of our whole wheat breads. Ingredients: unbleached flour, water, honey, yeast, and sea salt. Wonderful toast and sandwiches bread. Country French: Un pain bis de la campagne – half whole wheat and half unbleached flour and not at all sweet. This makes the best baguettes to tear off and chew. Of course, mon cher, it is available in regular loaves, too. Ingredients: Our fresh stone ground whole wheat flour, unbleached flour, water, yeast, and sea salt. Oat Bran Wheat: Lots of oat bran and rolled oats added to our Honey Whole Wheat bread. That makes something already good for you even better for you. This is a delicious bread even if you aren’t concerned about your cholesterol! Corn Bread: We hate to sound too corny but we think you’ll think of summer time and sunshine -- no matter what time of year it is -- when you bit into our version of corn bread! This one’s a little different in texture that traditional corn bread and has a fantastic flavor. A perfect bread for eating with a big bowl of chili. Wholegrain Spelt or Kamut: For our friends who can’t eat wheat or just want to try something different, we bake tasty, wheat-free loaves using the ancient grain of spelt. This bread has a nutty, whole-grain taste and makes delicious toast. Ingredients: Our fresh stone-ground whole spelt flour, water, honey, yeast, and sea salt. Caraway Rye: This is a wonderful, fragrant, basic rye bread. So simple and so good. Perfect for making a dinner of soup and pastrami sandwiches. Challah: (pronounced “ha-la”) We make challah bread almost every Friday. Braided with three strands, this egg dough is superb. We have customers come from far and wide to seek out this delicious bread on Fridays. It goes fast! Low Carb Whole Wheat: Lower in carbohydrates than our regular whole wheat bread, this bread still tastes great and is sought out by people who prefer low-carb foods.
