Cool it

Our bread is so fresh that you’ll often get it straight from our oven. Before placing it in our plastic bag, be sure it’s completely cool or it will become soggy. Usually this takes three to four hours.

Bag it

Place the fresh bread in the plastic bag and press out any extra air. Twist the top of the bag tightly and secure with a twist tie.

Store it

Our basic breads should never go in the refrigerator. They will dry out. That’s because the honey crystallizes in cold air and dries out the bread. Store your loaf at room temperature in a cool, dry place. If you do that, we’ll guarantee it fresh for at least seven days.

Freeze it

Because our breads have no added fats or oils, they are perfect for freezing. Wait 24 hours after purchase, double bag your loaf to protect it from freezer burn and pop it in the freezer. When you want to use your bread, thaw it at room temperature in the bread bag.
