Silverlake Sourdough: Plain
sourdough bread – but not too sour. Just the right amount of
bite and a perfect compliment to a big bowl of your best clam chowder. Raisin Walnut Sourdough: Sweet raisins and toasty walnuts loaded into our sourdough loaf. European Multigrain: Enjoy your sourdough and get your grains in at the same time! An old-world style, dense, grainy bread made with a sourdough starter. Rustic Olive: Our sourdough revved up with olives. Raisin and Hazelnut Sourdough: Our sourdough dressed up with roasted hazelnuts and plump raisins. It’s really wonderful served with sharp cheeses. Try a piece with some gorgonzola and a side red grapes. Scotland Sourdough: this is a unique bread. It is a true sourdough but the twist is that we add a wee bit of heoney and a bit more whole wheat. The result is a hearty sourdough with a sweet end. Como Bread: Como Bread is a bit puffier than our plan sourdough because it has just a tad of yeast added at the end. Asiago Sourdough: This sourdough, like Como Bread, has a bit of yeast added at the end. Shredded asiago cheeses is incorporated into the dough and tops the bread.
